We have had a great last week of half-term celebrating OUR students.
In recognition of great attendance, we have given out `Skip the Queue` passes, certificates and Freddos, along with doughnuts for the crew with the best attendance in each year group.
There have also been non-school uniform days and a £50.00 Amazon voucher for one student showing immense improvement.
Today is the OUR DAY where students will have all sorts of different opportunities. There is still work to do on attendance, so keep working with us. As a community we can work together to give OUR children lots of positives experiences and opportunities!
Happy half-term 😀
A reminder that tomorrow is a non-uniform day. We are encouraging students to wear red to `Show Racism the Red Card`.

Hello Yellow Day – Friday 10th October
On Friday 10th October, our school will be taking part in Hello Yellow Day, a national initiative organised by the charity YoungMinds.
The aim of the day is to raise awareness of the importance of young people’s mental health and to show support for the message that no one is alone with how they feel.
We are inviting all students to wear an item of yellow clothing or an accessory alongside their usual school uniform. This could be something as simple as a pair of socks, a tie, or a hair accessory.
In return, we are asking for a voluntary donation of £1, which will be collected on
the day. All proceeds will go directly to YoungMinds to support the valuable work they do with children and young people across the UK.
We hope that students will enjoy taking part in this event, whilst also recognising the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
Thank you for your continued support.
