"Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a Remembrance Service at St Denys Church Ibstock. I was invited by students of Ibstock School as my great great Grandfather James William Lardner has a war grave in the Churchyard. Along with students from the school we honoured and paid tribute to all those who gave their lives. I would like to thank all those who took part, the wreath layers, readers and musician along with all who paid their respects. It was a poignant moment with the Last Post and silence that followed. To all the students you are a credit to your families and to the school." Thank you, from Paula
