Basketball is underway at Ibstock School ! 🏀
What a fantastic turnout for our first lunchtime basketball club with Igor! 🙌 A brilliant group of students getting involved, having fun and developing their skills.
The lunchtime club will now run every Friday — we look forward to seeing even more students on the court each week! This is open to both KS3 and KS4!

A huge thank you to all of OUR amazing students, parents and Post-Sixteen Providers who joined us last night and helped make RevisionFest such a fantastic success! 📚✨
It was brilliant to see so many students making the most of the evening, accessing valuable revision support, exploring their post-16 options and preparing for the next steps in their education.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Post-Sixteen Providers for their time, expertise and support, and to OUR parents and students for getting involved and making the evening such a positive and productive event.

🔥🌳 Forest School 🌳🔥
What an afternoon! Our Forest School students have been busy today — getting stuck into building a campfire from scratch AND constructing their very own chair out of wooden pallets. 🪑
The teamwork, problem-solving and sheer determination on show is brilliant to see. From fire safety to hands-on carpentry skills, our students are learning so much more than they realise outside of the classroom.
Huge well done to everyone involved — what a way to end the week! 👏
